Initially, you will receive a secondment contract through Randstad, with the prospect of a permanent contract with the client. For this role, we are looking for someone with the following skills and knowledge:

• You are a strong communicator;
• You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of Spanish (Dutch is a pré)
• You already have some experience as an administrative employee, customer service employee or a similar position;
• You have a flexible attitude and are eager to learn;
• Preferably already have experience with an ERP system and the MS-Office package;
• You enjoy taking on new tasks, are proactive and shows initiative;
• You work accurately and precisely;
• You are good at setting priorities and keeping an overview.

As an order administration employee within this organization, you will work together in a small, close team. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the customer service and order management department.

Below are some of your tasks:

• Maintaining the mailbox. Orders come in via email;
• Entering sales orders into the ERP system (from internal and external customers);
• You are the intermediary between the logistics department and the customer;
• You communicate with customers about the progress of deliveries, mostly via email;
• You are responsible for arranging various documents for customers;
• You invoice orders to customers;
• You keep track of whether orders are delivered on time and whether this whole process is running smoothly;
• Other administrative duties.

You will work at the office in Bunnik, where production planning is handled. The company specializes in crop protection products and is headquartered in the United States.

Because you work in a small team, your presence at the office is important. Working from home is therefore only possible in exceptional cases.
