You are an organized and proactive professional with a passion for logistics and a keen eye for detail. With your background in trade and transport, you understand the importance of smooth and cost-effective delivery processes.

• Over 2-3 years in trade and transport, ideally with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• You possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, and an ability to adapt to dynamic challenges.
• A secondary vocational education (MBO) degree in logistics or a related field is a must.

As a Trade & Transport Specialist, you will ensure timely and accurate shipping processes that align with quality standards and cost parameters. You’ll develop, maintain, and refine logistics operations to optimize product delivery for internal and external customers.

• Schedule, prepare, and execute daily order transmissions, ensuring all shipments meet defined plans and deadlines.
• Release shipments to forwarders, handle requests for quotations (RFQs), and support in selecting transport vendors.
• Collaborate on process improvements and data management, maintain master data, and support documentation archiving for seamless delivery tracking.

You’ll be part of ABB’s diverse, multidisciplinary team in Eindhoven, where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of our operations. Working closely with various stakeholders, you’ll contribute to the optimization of our backend processes and support ABB E-mobility’s mission to drive impactful change.
