Are you experienced in logistics or production? Do you excel at leading and motivating teams while maintaining a clear overview? If so, you might be the Assistant Supervisor we are looking for.

Furthermore, you have the following qualities:

• You have experience managing a small team;
• You have experience with ERP systems, experience with SAP is an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is essential.
• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• You are willing to replace the Supervisor in case of absence.

As an Assistant Supervisor, you will oversee a team of approximately 25 individuals. You will ensure tasks are effectively assigned and executed, while serving as the primary point of contact for your team. Motivating the team is a key aspect of this role.

You will also perform the following tasks:

• You will coordinate the daily activities;
• You will monitor the quality of the team and make improvements where necessary;
• You will advise the Supervisor on planning and performance reviews;
• You participate in improvement projects;
• You bring a positive energy to the team.
