- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.

- You have excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
- You are available to work 40 hours per week.
As Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee a diverse team of service professionals, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Your role will be pivotal in driving team performance, managing KPIs, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
- Monitor daily team performance and adjust workloads as needed.
- Set and achieve team KPIs in collaboration with other Customer Service Supervisor and stakeholders.
- Lead regular check-ins, 1:1s, and team stand-ups to maintain alignment and motivation.
- Plan team-building events and contribute to continuous departmental improvements.
