As a warehouse worker at Smeding, it’s important that you have a flexible mindset. You have no problem taking on various tasks. Since you will be working with vegetables and fruit, you’ll be working in a cold environment. Of course, you’ll be provided with protective clothing, so you won’t feel the 4-degree temperature! Additionally, you are available 3 to 5 days a week in two shifts. It’s also no problem for you to undergo training in Breda. Once that’s completed, you will continue your work in Geldermalsen.

• You are willing to start on February 24th with a paid training week in Geldermalsen;
• You are available 3 to 5 days a week in two shifts (07:00 - 15:36 and 14:24 - 23:00);
• You have a valid reach truck certificate or are willing to obtain one through us.

As a warehouse worker, you are responsible for the internal movement of products. You ensure that goods are stored in the correct locations and are ready for picking and shipping on time. You pick up pallets, scan them, and transport them to the appropriate locations. Additionally, you log the goods into the system and report any discrepancies.

• Loading and unloading containers;
• Placing pallets with goods in the correct locations in the warehouse;
• Processing goods and discrepancies in the system.
