• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing teams within a logistics environment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will lead team leaders, coaching them to optimize their performance. You will oversee recruitment processes, ensure seamless collaboration between planning and process management functions, and manage and report on KPIs. Your contributions will guarantee the efficient, safe, and timely execution of customer orders. Also, you’ll actively work on process improvements, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and create an inspiring work environment. Below are examples of your responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders to ensure performance excellence by providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to order promotional materials.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks within logistics, escalating to the Head of Supply Chain with proposed actions.
