For Cargill I'am looking for a temporary dedicated sales coordinator who speaks fluent English and German. In this role, you will apply basic knowledge of sales processes to support the customer relationships for small to medium accounts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for the commercial organization. I’m looking for a motivated person with commercial skills. Fluent in English and German is a must have. You need to have a hands-on mentality. And experience in a Supply Chain oriented organisation is a big plus. Further:

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer solutions;
• You are able to work with multiple platforms and systems;
• You hold self and others accountable to meet commitments;
• You are good in Excel and with numbers;
• You are able to analyze reports and set priorities;
• Fluent in both English and German;
• Available as soon as possible;

The sales coordinator, will support sales process execution with new and existing customers to enable sales teams aligned with the commercial strategy. Furthermore:

• Assist the assigned sales team with key process execution and sales activation;
• Supporting the account manager with pre-sales and after-sales activities;
• Document and sample requests;
• Supporting order management department;
• Follow up on invoices if escalated by cash collection team;
• Contract repositioning and management with the customer;
• Being first point of contact for the customer for various questions and distributing them to the correct department within Cargill

You will work at the office at Schiphol in the sales team. The team consists of 6 persons in the Netherlands and 5 in Germany.
