Who are you as a successful candidate for the Customer Service Representative French or German speaking role:
- Prior experience in Customer Service or Contact Center roles with great communication skills in English and German or French
- An interest in fitness, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle
- Ability to work flexibly, and adaptable to variable tasks and priorities
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and desire to succeed
As Customer Service Representative French or German speaking you will be:
- Answer queries and support customer via phone, email, social media and chat
- You’ll spot opportunities to promote amazing products that customers aren’t taking advantage of
- You’ll play a key role in capturing customer insight, enabling the business to drive a continuous improvement culture
- You’ll have the opportunity to take a proactive approach in contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and our commitment to ultimately increase our customers satisfaction
