As mentioned above we are looking for someone with logistic and/or aviation experience. Also you need to have a hands-on mentality. Further:

• At least 6 months of experience in logistics, for example with air freight or export shipments;
• HBO level;
• You have a background in aviation and logistics;
• Very strong communication skills in the English language, both spoken and written (if you speak Dutch, that is a plus);
• Excellent knowledge of Excel;
• You are flexible and have no problem working in the evenings and on weekends when necessary;
• You enjoy working in a team where there is room for personal initiative and creativity;
• You must have been registered in the Netherlands for more than 8 years in connection with VGB screening;

As an logistic coordinator in a logistics company, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services. Your responsibilities include coordinating the transportation and delivery of products, managing inventory, overseeing shipments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Further:

• Coordinating incoming and outgoing transports;
• Monitoring and optimizing linehauls within the network;
• Accurate administrative processing in systems;
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and transporters;
• Preparing manifests, waybills and customs documents;
• Following operational procedures for efficient flow;
