Passionate about merchandising and data-driven decisions? We’re looking for a Merchandiser to build seasonal assortments and optimize business performance for Nike’s Value Stores.
It is a temporary role due to maternity leave. The start of the assignment is the 1st of March and it ends on the 1st of November 2025. It's a role for 40 hours a week, you will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and competences:
- You have similar work experience as a merchandiser;
- You have strong communication skills;
- You are able to communicate with different stakeholders;
- You are data-savvy;
- You are proactive;
- Data Management – Proficient in validating and managing data while effectively communicating insights;
- Tech Skills – Experience with Tableau and Airtable is a plus;
- Process Management – Experience in managing and optimizing workflows.
Build Value seasonal assortments based upon direct assortment strategy, leveraging data and insights. Aligned to seasonal Brand Initiatives and retail moments to allow a flawless integrated consumer journey and delivery of direct business targets. Integrate knowledge from all possible sources of supply (closeout, rebuys, etc.) to one cohesive plan for the season. Influence and guide brand merchandising on re-buy line planning needs and requirements.

- Product Excellence: Landing world-class, consumer-right product executions within the assortment framework by obsessing innovation, color, materials and print;
- CODE- and Stakeholder Management: Actively involve x-functional partners on Merchandising CODE deliverables;
- Influencing and Partnering: Effectively influence upstream (global partners for line planning) & downstream (DSM and partners for assortment planning) through the CODE;
- Communication: Clear, consistent communication and inspirational storytelling.
