We are looking for three CEMEA Sales Representatives for Jordan to join the Nike team! As a CEMEA rep for Jordan you will be at the forefront of creating the future of the brand business. You will collaborate with Brand, Merchandising, Planning amongst other internal stakeholders. As the sales lead, you will be responsible of hitting seasonal revenue targets as well as annual fiscal targets.
It is a role for 40 hours a week till the beginning of August 2026. You will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and skills:
- You already have a few years of work experience in a similar role. You have experience with managing an account portfolio;
- You have experience working with a lot of different stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
- The candidate needs to be self-going and with strong sense of urgency to drive revenue;
- Strong sales passion is needed for this role to hit the ground running. Ability to influence stakeholders, create strategic opportunities and execute them;
- Great interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and align with x-functional peers.
- This role will require P&L understanding, negotiation skills, retail KPI savy as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- We are looking for a self-motivated sales lead ready to go and with a positive mindset;
- You are energetic and bring enthusiasm to the team.
ï‚· What you will do:
- Read & React with Point of Sell Information on a weekly basis;
- Work daily with the account merchant, brand and planning counterparts;
- Strong working relationships/collaboration with the account buyers and key people;
- Track on a monthly basis the financials of the account and drive G2N improvements;
- Collaborate with the financial director of Jordan. Influence Merch, Brand and Planning on consumer right commercial opportunities;
- Lead and Drive seasonal code gates and align with x-functional peers;
- Seasonal sell ins and ensure future targets as well as in season targets are met.  Influence Merch, Brand and Planning on consumer right commercial opportunities;
- Travel the market at least once a quarter to understand the state of play, Create and execute Account Strategic plans. (where relevant).
