You start your workday as a chauffeur at Albert Heijn at the HUB in Leiden. Here, you load your delivery van full of groceries. Then, you hit the road to make customers happy. Delivering has never been easier with the handy Zebra scanner! It tells you exactly which crates belong to which address. You greet each customer with a smile and deliver the groceries to their door. Then you complete the payment. Time to head to the next address! You keep doing this until your van is empty. During your first deliveries, you’ll always have a buddy with you. Your buddy will teach you everything from start to finish, so you can hit the road independently later. If you run into any issues along the way, planning and support are ready to help you out.
- Flexible hours from 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–23:00. You’re available for both shifts.
- You can work part-time or full-time from Monday to Sunday, with at least two Saturdays per month.

Through internal training, you can become a buddy or “plusser,†which gives you more responsibilities. The HUB of AH Online in Leiden is easily accessible by car.
