Your morning starts with a look at the schedule, as you walk to your production line where your team is already ready. You motivate and guide the team to ensure everything runs smoothly. You check that all materials are available on time to keep the process flowing. Throughout the day, you monitor machine settings. Need adjustments? No problem, you take care of it immediately. A small technical issue? You solve that quickly to keep production going. So, you have various tasks during the day. At the end of the day, you make sure everything is tidy for the next workday. This way, you ensure everything runs smoothly and production can continue!

• Reviewing the schedule.
• You carefully monitor the settings of the line/machine and report any deviations.
• You manage your own line and motivate your team from 4-6 people.
