We're searching for someone with excellent leadership skills and a passion for logistics. To excel as a Shift Leader/Supervisor, you should possess the following:

• A college degree (logistics education preferred).
• At least 3 years of team management experience in a warehouse setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improvement.
• The ability to motivate and empower large groups.

As a Shift Leader/Supervisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Leading daily team briefings and ensuring smooth shift handovers.
• Monitoring departmental capacity, tracking productivity, and identifying bottlenecks.
• Guiding team leaders and coordinators in optimizing teamwork and productivity.
• Conducting meetings, interviews, and performance assessments.
• Managing leave requests, timesheets, and team performance evaluation.
