As an Operator, you will be part of a three-shift system, with working hours ranging from Monday at 06:00 AM to Saturday at 12:00 PM. Experience in the food industry is essential. You are detail-oriented, results-driven, and a strong team player. Flexibility comes naturally to you, and you have no problem working in shifts. Moreover, you have a good understanding of English to accurately follow instructions and documentation.

• You have your own transportation (bike, car, or scooter);
• You speak English;
• You are available for three shifts (06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 & 22:00 -06:00 and on saturdays from 06:00 till 12:00) .

In this role as an Operator, you play a key role in overseeing the quality and production of our flavorful soups, sauces, and meals. You keep the production lines running smoothly, adjust settings as needed, and take action when issues arise. Additionally, you guide your team and help maintain a safe and hygienic workspace.

• Ensuring quality;
• Adjusting the production line, ensuring necessary materials, and (having) machines cleaned;
• Resolving daily issues or escalating them to your supervisor;
• Instructing and guiding team members in your shift;
• Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
