We are looking for someone with an MBO-4 or HBO degree, preferably in logistics or transportation. You have knowledge of customs and excise matters, where documents are handled by the internal customs department. You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. You are customer-oriented, proactive and always think in terms of solutions. Furthermore you are able to switch quickly and adapt easily to different situations. You have an affinity with process optimization and improving working methods. Knowledge of hazardous materials (ADR) is an advantage.

• Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written. If you speak Dutch, this is a plus.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from answering questions to coming up with appropriate solutions. You manage the complete customer dossier, from A to Z, including the financial settlement. In addition, you actively think along about improving and optimizing our processes.

• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
• Processing customer orders and preparing transport documents
• Answering questions about the inbound, storage and outbound of goods
• Supporting administrative work
• Actively contributing to the optimization of internal processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
