You will also receive vacation pay and a travel allowance :)

• Hourly wage of €15.85 per hour, excluding bonuses!

• 6 days on, 4 days off

Our experienced production employee (5 shifts):

• Speaks English;
• Has own transportation to get to Beugen;
• Is willing to work in a 5-shift system (2x 06:00 - 14:00, 2x 14:00 - 22:00, 2x 22:00 - 06:00);
• Has at least 1 year of experience as a production line worker or operator;
• Is physically strong and comfortable lifting heavier products (up to 25 kg);
• Is a go-getter and takes initiative when needed.

As a experienced production employee at Mola, you work on the production line in a steady rhythm. Your tasks include checking and replenishing products, such as blocks of butter (15-25 kg) or bags of sugar (25 kg). You ensure that the products stay in line properly and help keep the production area clean. If there is a malfunction, you take initiative and quickly look for a solution.

The work is physically demanding, but well-paid. We are looking for people with at least 1 year of experience in production, for example, as a production worker or operator. No experience? Then we need a strong motivation from you!
