We are looking for someone who is very accurate and doesn't have a 9 to 5 work mentality. You are fluent in English and familiar with SAP or similar tool. Furthermore:

• Fluent in English;
• Education in administration/economics;
• Experience in SAP or similar tool that is used in corporate companies;
• Relevant work experience in supply chain management or trade;
• Pro active/hands on mentality;
• Good communication skills;
• Available for three months;

In this position you will work at the finance department. You will maintain the sales mailboxes for Belgium and the Netherlands. Furthermore:

• Managing and posting inbounds of products;
• Processing of orders in sales order portal;
• Processing orders and invoicing in SAP;
• Maintaining prices of products;
• Managing contracts related to discounts;
• Creating reports for sales and inventory;
• Archiving orders and invoices;
• Managing returns and scrapp products with DHL and in SAP
